2003 Sophomore Evaluation of Western Carolina University

The 2003 Sophomore Survey was administered by the Office of University Planning via the web during February and via paper surveys in March. Eligible sophomores must have completed between 45 and 59 hours, and have earned at least 30 hours at Western. The survey was developed by the University of North Carolina; all campuses are required to conduct this biennial survey. The response rate was 51% with the majority of respondents completing the survey via the web. Fifty-nine percent of the survey respondents were female and 83 percent of survey respondents have declared a major.
